Refried Beans

2 cups dry pinto beans, rinsed


6 cups water


1 tablespoon dried onion


1 tablespoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon chili powder


1 teaspoon cumin


1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 8 hours. Mash beans with a potato masher or in a food processer.
