Chicken-Bacon Stuffed Pizza Rolls

I don't have anything to say about this recipe except WOW! It is really really good!

1 roll refrigerated pizza dough or one recipe homemade pizza dough
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
sharp cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
¾ cup mayo
¾ cup milk

Remove 2 teaspoons of ranch dressing mix and set aside. Combine the remaining ranch mix with ¾ C mayo and ¾ C milk and place in the fridge to chill. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine shredded chicken with 1 teaspoon of reserved ranch mix. Unroll pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Pat or roll the dough so it’s about 12” by 8”.  Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into 24 squares. Place a small amount of cheese, bacon and chicken on each square. Grab the four corners of each square and then squeeze the seams shut. Then place them seam side down in a lightly sprayed pie pan (or similar sized dish). Brush with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan and 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing mix.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve them warm with a side of freshly made ranch dressing for dipping.
