Alfredo Sauce
This isn't your standard, thick alfredo sauce. It has a much lighter taste and I actually prefer it to the heavier sauces. I like to serve it with penne, grilled chicken and steamed broccoli.
1/3 cup margarine½ cup fat free evaporated milk
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Heat margarine and milk in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until margarine is melted. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.
