Hamburger Soup
1 lb hamburger
8 cups beef broth
1/3 cup pearl barley
1/2 carrot, diced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon worchesterchire sauce
2/3 cup frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste
Brown hamburger in a large pot. Add broth and barley and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until barley is done. When barley is almost done, add carrots. Next add tomato soup, worchestershire sauce, peas and salt and pepper. Cook until peas and carrots are done.
